Going into this pitch to provide luxury design and marketing that a $38 million dollar property in the Bird Streets of Beverly Hills deserved was well… exhilarating. We were competing against the biggest Los Angeles real estate brokerages and agents to market this trophy property of the year.
What came out of that meeting was NIRVANA, a Fortress of Bliss. We promised uncompromising luxury design and marketing with a meticulous plan. The most experienced architectural photographers and videographers were commissioned to capture the home in its best light, and property developers flew back and forth from Italy to find the most unique furnishings.
Weeks and weekends went into this launch, and we are proud to know this stunning masterpiece sold for the asking price.
